Open the install link, pick your server and grant six basic permissions so Voxy can see channels, send messages and speak in voice.
Type /join in a voice channel
Join a voice channel and type /join in that channel's chat. Voxy joins the room and starts reading.
Chat as usual
Voxy reads each message to the whole room. Type /leave when you want it to stop.
