Support and data requests: khanhduyvt0101@gmail.com. ## Public service scope Voxy is a Discord text-to-speech service with a public trial: any server can install it without prior approval. Install and use it only in servers where you have permission, respecting Discord rules and other members. Admission is limited to at most 20 new servers per day, subject to service capacity. Global service budget limits can pause speech for trial and paid servers alike; availability is not guaranteed. If Voxy is interrupted during a session, it may rejoin that same voice channel within 30 minutes while someone is still there and announce it in the chat; use /leave to stop at any time. ## Credits and payments The default (standard) voice reads 20,000 outgoing characters a day free on every server, reset at 00:00 UTC (7:00 Vietnam time); unused allowance does not carry over and the free allowance can pause when a service-wide limit is reached, and the default voice then costs credits as it does past the allowance. Past that, the default voice costs 1 credit per outgoing character; HD voices cost 8. One trial of 5,000 credits per server. One-time packs: 29,000 VND for 50,000 credits; 79,000 VND for 150,000; 149,000 VND for 300,000. Credit lots expire after 12 months. No auto-renewal. Credits are shared and bound to the server where granted. ## Order verification Pay by bank transfer by scanning a bank-transfer QR code only for an active private order. Credit grants depend on backend payment verification, not a browser screen. Do not pay expired orders or transfer money without an active private order. ## Order issues Email refund or reconciliation requests to khanhduyvt0101@gmail.com for duplicate or incorrect transfers or missing credits after a transfer; requests also cover unused credits at service shutdown. Khanh Duy reviews and reconciles requests manually by email before handling refunds. Provide the order code, transaction reference and issue description; never send checkout links, passwords or OTPs or post bank details publicly. There are no automatic refunds.
